2. Product Accuracy

We make every effort to display the colors and textures of our fabrics as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate. All beds are handcrafted, so slight variations in dimensions (up to 2cm) may occur.

3. Orders and Pricing

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel the order.

4. Payment

Ownership of the goods remains with Somnus Sleep Ltd until full payment has been received and cleared. We offer secure payment options, including major credit cards and "Buy Now, Pay Later" providers.

5. Limitation of Liability

Somnus Sleep Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, including but not limited to damage to flooring or walls during the delivery and assembly process by third-party couriers.
