Somnus Sleep Returns & Refunds Policy

1. 14-Day Peace of Mind

We want you to love your new bed. If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us that you would like to return your item.

2. Condition of Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• In its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.

• Unused and not assembled. Once a bed frame has been assembled (or partially assembled), we cannot accept a return as it cannot be resold as new.

3. Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

Because beds are bulky and expensive to transport, the following applies to all "change of mind" returns:

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to our warehouse.

Collection Service: If you would like us to arrange a collection, a flat fee of £60 will be deducted from your final refund to cover the courier costs.

Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to items returned without their original packaging.

4. Custom & Bespoke Items

Many of our beds are handcrafted to your specific color and fabric choices.

• Items made to your specific requirements (bespoke colors or custom dimensions) are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items

In the unlikely event that your bed arrives damaged:

• Please inspect the packages upon delivery. If the packaging is damaged, please sign for it as "Damaged."

• Report any issues to us within 24 hours with photos of the damage.

• We will send a replacement part or exchange the item immediately at no extra cost to you.
