At Somnus Sleep Ltd, we offer FREE delivery to most UK postcodes. We take pride in managing our own logistics to ensure that your new mattress arrives in perfect condition.
Depending on your specific order, we offer a range of delivery options, including weekend slots and bespoke VIP services. Everything in your order is typically delivered at the same time.
MATTRESS & BED DELIVERY
Free Standard Delivery
Our standard service is a professional, one-person or two-person delivery to your room of choice, depending on your order. Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery; you can select your preferred date at checkout.
Free Standard Delivery (Premium Beds)
Our standard service for premium beds is a two-person delivery to your room of choice. Our team will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery date. Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery. Note that this service does not include installation.
VIP Delivery (£50)
A bespoke service by our specialist team who install your mattress or bed for immediate use and remove all packaging.
With this service, you will be contacted directly to schedule a convenient time.
You will receive updates to keep you informed of the driver's schedule on the day of delivery.
Mattress Setup & Packaging Removal (£10)
Our team can unpack and install your mattress and remove all packaging. This service is currently available for our mattresses via standard delivery.
NON-UK MAINLAND & HIGHLANDS DELIVERY
Due to higher operational costs, surcharges apply to non-mainland UK and Highland addresses. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
Standard Delivery (Mattress/Bed): £80
Accessories Only (Pillows/Duvets): £7.50
Note: We are currently unable to deliver to specific remote postcodes including HS1-HS9, IV21-IV23, IV26-27, IV40+, KA27-28, KW11-17, PA20, PA41+, PH36-44, and certain island locations.
MATTRESS REMOVAL SERVICE (£50)
We offer a mattress collection service; we then ensure it is passed to our specialist partners for recycling.
If you order a new mattress from us, we can take your old one at the same time we deliver your new one.
We will provide instructions and a protective bag for your old mattress prior to collection.
Please ensure the mattress is inside your home, as leaving it outside may make it unsuitable for recycling.
